Sprint TRI – $45 after 2/20/2012 $55 Team Sprint TRI $105 after 2/20/2015 $120 Tri is Chip timed and distances are 400 yard indoor swim, 12.2 Bike ride and 5K run. 5K Fun Run – $25 after 02/20/2012 $30 (stop watch, route supported) Social Bike Ride – $25 after 02/20/2012 $30 (no timed, no route support) After Party at Micky’s Bar and Grill, Waukee
